Business identity

APEX Nonprofit is a DBA (trade name) of APEX Accounting and Advisory LLC.

Status-check requests

Information entered in the status-check form is delivered by email to APEX Nonprofit through a transactional email provider and is used only to review the request and respond. It is not stored in a website database, sold, or shared for marketing.

Client relationship

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter.
